Job summary

The Senior Analyst, ESG Data and Reporting at Cox Enterprises supports sustainability reporting, data management, analytics, and assurance activities across Cox Conserves and business teams. You will collect, validate, analyze, and communicate ESG data to enable informed decision-making and external disclosures.

You'll develop dashboards, manage data definitions and controls, coordinate internal reviews and assurance, and help drive continuous improvement in reporting systems while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience, or master’s with 2+ years, or 8+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, or reporting complex data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of ESG data analysis, data quality and controls, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze ESG data across Cox businesses and functions.
• Support enterprise sustainability disclosures, reports, questionnaires, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries highlighting ESG trends and recommendations.
