Cox Enterprises, a leader in sustainability and governance, seeks an ESG Reporting Senior Analyst to drive data collection, validation, and analytics across Cox businesses. You will support disclosures, stakeholder communications, and the management of reporting calendars and systems.

The role partners with Cox Conserves and business teams, translating data into actionable insights and executive-ready summaries while strengthening controls and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant ESG/data experience, or Master’s with 2+ years, or 8+ years without a degree.
• Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, or reporting complex data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of ESG data analysis, data quality and controls, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and deadline-driven skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across teams.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze ESG data across Cox businesses.
• Support disclosures, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage reporting calendars, data requests, and issue tracking.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready summaries.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Coordinate internal reviews and external assurance activities.
• Support ESG reporting systems, including data uploads and user support.
• Improve consistency, traceability, and auditability of sustainability information.
• Research emerging sustainability standards and assess implications.
• Respond to ESG data requests from customers, investors, and partners.
