Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior ESG Data and Reporting Analyst to support sustainability reporting, data management, analytics, and assurance activities. You will partner with Cox Conserves and business teams to collect, validate, analyze, and communicate ESG data.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB), and proficiency in Excel and BI tools. Hybrid work arrangement and base pay within a broad range are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant ESG reporting experience, or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, or reporting complex data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of ESG data analysis, data quality, controls, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with chasing data issues and trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; able to explain technical data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze ESG data across Cox businesses.
• Support disclosures, reports, questionnaires, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage reporting calendars, data requests, and issue tracking.
• Review data quality, investigate variances, and reconcile with data owners.
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries highlighting ESG trends and insights.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and governance practices.
