Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, environmental studies, sustainability or related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years in external audit, sustainability assurance, or related professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sustainability assurance engagements from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate ESG data collection, governance and reporting readiness with clients and teams.
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, and engagement documentation.
• Coach and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing team.
• Identify opportunities to expand assurance and consulting services with clients.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GHG, disclosures, and relevant standards.
