SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking a seasoned Escrow and Payment Solutions Director to own the client experience from kickoff through post-closing administration, ensuring accurate payments and timely service for both Escrow and Paying Agent engagements.

The role is highly cross-functional and relationship-driven, requiring sound judgment, the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams, and comfort working with attorneys, CFOs, and private equity professionals under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in M&A, banking, law, or finance.
• Graduate degree or legal background preferred.
• Understanding of payment processes and KYC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and relationship owner for clients.
• Coordinate pre-closing solicitation, payment, and escrow.
• Develop product and systems knowledge for clients as subject‑matter expert.
• Onboard new clients and set expectations for how the deal will run.
• Negotiate payment and escrow terms; involve legal support when needed.
• Direct and mentor Relationship Associates on active deals.
• Ensure collection of KYC forms and coordinate with KYC team.
