Job summary

BTC Bank is seeking a TRID & Escrow Manager to lead the disclosure and escrow administration functions at our Bethany or Cameron, MO location. The role directs a team, ensures accurate TRID documentation, and collaborates with Compliance and Lending to implement regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in TRID/escrow operations and 3-5 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires five (5) years of TRID disclosures, escrow administration, mortgage servicing, or related loan operations experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory or management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of TRID regulations, RESPA, escrow requirements, and mortgage lending practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of TRID and Escrow functions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other TRID documents.
• Monitor compliance with TRID regulations and mortgage lending requirements.
• Oversee escrow administration: setup, maintenance, analysis, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, annual statements.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update departmental procedures, job aids, and workflow documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Loan Operations, and Lending to implement regulatory changes.
• Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory examinations, and quality control reviews.
