Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a Manager of Escrow to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the Escrow team within a highly regulated mortgage servicing environment. You will guide end-to-end escrow processes including Tax, Insurance, and Escrow Analysis production and compliance, while managing large vendor relationships and ensuring client payments are processed accurately.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage servicing or loan operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of MSP and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
• Advanced understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (CFPB, Federal and State laws).
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Escrow specialists overseeing complex service functions.
• Manage Property Tax Operations and vendor relationships.
• Oversee Property Insurance Operations and vendor Management.
• Ensure compliance with servicing SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Oversee large financial transactions and investor-driven activities.
