Job summary

Arnold Oil Company seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to support and improve core business systems including ERP, WMS, integrations, and reporting platforms. You will own system functionality, troubleshoot complex issues, configure JDE E1 modules, and collaborate with business teams to drive improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise app support, ERP experience (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred), and strong reporting skills with Power BI.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred).
Experience supporting warehouse or distribution systems.
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JDE E1, WMS, integrations, and reporting systems.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Configure JDE E1 modules and other business applications to support operational needs.
Support integrations between JDE E1, warehouse systems, eCommerce platforms, and external partners.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations.
Analyze system data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business teams to improve workflows and system usage.
Work with vendors and developers when specialized development or support is required.
Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements.
