Job summary

Kavaliro seeks an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP and UKG initiatives across the organization. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, including large ERP implementations and HRIS enhancements, while engaging executive leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading ERP/HRIS projects.
• Experience managing ERP and UKG projects in complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP, UKG, and HRIS projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, including one large initiative and multiple smaller projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with business leaders.
• Assess impacts, risks, and change implications to ensure execution.
• Drive progress and accountability across cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Facilitate planning sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide updates on project health, risks, and budget to Steering Committees and C-suite.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communications.
