Job summary

Diamond Mowers, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Leader to own ERP and core business systems, ensuring they support the needs of the organization and customers. You will lead system integration, automation, and work with functional teams to implement technology solutions.

Reporting to the VP of IT, you will manage vendors, drive data flows, define API requirements, and champion standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP, business applications, systems integration, or a related area.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience administering or managing ERP and business applications, including system configuration, user access, workflows, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, or workflow automation.
• Experience managing software vendors and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Must be action oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP and core business systems, ensuring reliability and alignment with requirements.
• Lead system integration, APIs, and data flows; define API requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Partner with functional teams to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Lead business-system projects and manage vendor relationships; coordinate resources.
