Job summary

Formica seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications & Integration Engineer to define, design, and govern our enterprise systems landscape, focusing on ERP integration and SaaS connections. Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with enterprise applications and systems integration.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise applications architecture roadmap.
• Define standards, principles, and best practices for integration and interoperability.
• Evaluate current-state architecture and create future-state technology strategies.
• Lead design of scalable solutions supporting growth and transformation.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Architect and oversee integrations between core ERP platforms and external SaaS solutions.
• Lead data flow design, synchronization strategies, and master data management initiatives.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications.
