Job summary

Methode Electronics Inc. is seeking a senior ERP specialist to support and enhance ERP systems across manufacturing and client environments. You will gather requirements, translate them into actionable configurations, and collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading testing, documentation, training, and promoting standard ERP capability while mentoring junior analysts and supporting end-user needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
10+ years supporting ERP in manufacturing environments is required.
Experience with financial modules (AP/AR/GL) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP system analysis, administration, maintenance, and support.
Design, develop, document, test, and enhance ERP applications and integrations.
Partner with business users to document processes and improve workflows.
Translate business requirements into configurable functionalities and rules.
Lead testing activities and create/maintain technical documentation.
Drive adoption of standard ERP features and minimize custom development.
Provide end-user training and mentor junior analysts.
