Job summary

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, assist the Project Manager with direction, timelines and activities, and establish solid relationships within Epicor and with customers.

The role demands up to 100% travel, strong project management and technical ERP skills, and a commitment to ongoing certifications and training to stay ahead of product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Ongoing technical certifications to stay current.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor PS Consultants to maintain high service standards.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
• Assist Project Manager with direction, timelines, schedules, and activities.
• Build solid working relationships across Epicor and customer organizations.
• Estimate project tasks accurately and track deliverables to time and budget.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing with peers and customer core teams.
• Keep up-to-date with new or enhanced Epicor products and certifications.
• Travel up to 100% as needed to deliver projects.
