Job summary

Sage is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a skilled team driving Sage ERP solutions. You will bridge technical merits with client business needs, oversee demonstrations and respond to technical inquiries, and guide sales proposals to align with partner and client requirements.

You will strategize with sales/marketing, manage key client relationships, and stay ahead of market trends to shape product enhancements and sales plans. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a sales engineering role, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in ERP software preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
• Strategize sales approaches with sales/marketing teams.
• Oversee product demonstrations and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Build relationships with key clients and partners to align Sage ERP solutions with their needs.
