Job summary

APTEAN is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its Professional Services organization. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Aptean solutions—owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live and stabilization.

You will drive execution across cross-functional teams (services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, support) and ensure contractual compliance and measurable value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems: Netsuite, Epicor, SAP, D365.
• Proven ability to manage 5–10 projects (6–18 months).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aptean solutions, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams (services, product, sales, CoE, SRE, support).
• Ensure contractual compliance and measurable value realization.
• Serve as the single point of accountability to the customer sponsor.
• Translate business objectives into executable project plans and govern progress.
