Job summary

APTEAN is seeking a Project Manager in its Professional Services group to drive end-to-end delivery of ERP solutions, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment from initiation through go-live.

You will lead cross-functional teams across services, product, sales, and support, translate business objectives into executable plans, manage change with discipline, and report progress through outcome-focused governance. This role is remote within the USA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ERP implementation, with preference for Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery across services, product, sales, and support.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
