Job summary

CODAI Consults LLC in Atlanta seeks a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-scale ERP/workday initiatives for the NextGen project. You will plan, coordinate, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning with the State's strategic goals and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring changes are handled with impact analysis and governance.

Qualifications

Over 20 years of enterprise PM/Program mgmt experience.
Experience leading large Workday/ERP implementations.
Strong leadership and ability to build effective teams.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan project schedules, budgets, and goals.
Document and manage dependencies between projects and workstreams.
Lead project launch teams to ensure scope and outcomes are achieved.
Monitor and control schedule, cost, risk, and scope to meet stakeholder expectations.
