Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. You will coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align projects with strategic goals.

Candidates should have extensive SAP experience, strong PM skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP or CRM project implementations, with 3–5 years in SAP projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP components: S/4HANA, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud SAC.
• Strong PM skills with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ERP project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Lead JIRA/Azure DevOps governance and reporting to executives.
• Oversee UAT, data migration, integration, and cutover activities.
• Ensure quality, risk, and change management throughout the program.
• Mentor and lead diverse project teams.

The Position In A Nutshell

The Senior ERP Program Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Program Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, external vendors and project managers to ensure smooth program execution and alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing (and doing well!)

• Project Planning & Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for ERP implementations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Co-ordinate across interrelated projects to ensure success of integrated solutions
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the business, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to update on project progress, risks, and milestones. Ensure stakeholders’ expectations are aligned and manage changes or escalations.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers. Provide guidance and leadership to ensure that project teams understand their roles, responsibilities, and timelines. Foster collaboration and communication among teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Solution Delivery: Ensure successful implementation and configuration of ERP modules, such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions by end users. Oversee data migration, integration efforts, and system upgrades to avoid business disruption.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Track project metrics and performance to ensure that milestones are achieved and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project expenses and manage the project budget to ensure financial targets are met. Manage external vendors and contracts related to the ERP implementation.

What We Like About You

• Experience: 7+ years of experience managing complex ERP or CRM implementations, with at least 3-5 years of experience in SAP projects. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP Ecosytem components (S4, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud SAC)
• Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets in a dynamic environment. Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.
