The role involves analyzing a legacy system built on .NET, reverse-engineering business logic, and performing standard PeopleSoft development. Job Description:

PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This role’s primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.

The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders.

Required/Preferred skills

• Development experience with PeopleTools.
• Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher.
• Experience with an advanced Oracle database.
• Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures.
• Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations.
• Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience working with the Scrum framework
