Job summary

Thatcher Chemical is building a foundational Business Systems function and seeks a Senior Business Systems Consultant to lead the bridge between business processes and Oracle ERP Cloud/NetSuite. This role owns governance, platform health, and a strategic roadmap, while defining how the business uses the system next.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, gather requirements, and translate them into configurations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or NetSuite in business systems, ERP consulting, or systems analyst capacity.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience including security/roles, workflow and object configuration, environment management, and integration/job monitoring.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configuration, not just technical implementation.
• Experience standing up or maturing a business systems function (governance, change management, documentation).
• Experience across core modules (Financials, Procurement, Order-to-Cash or similar).
• Experience managing sandbox/production environment strategy, releases, and change promotion.
• Familiarity with integration tools/middleware and reporting/BI tools commonly paired with Oracle/NetSuite.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation with business leaders, and writing functional specs for technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud or NetSuite are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business processes and technology to translate needs into Oracle ERP/NetSuite configurations.
• Own day-to-day health of the Oracle ERP/NetSuite environment including configuration, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
• Lead or contribute to new module rollouts and enhancements with KPI tracking for performance and efficiency.
• Train end users and build a knowledge base with SOPs.
• Define governance, change management, and testing protocols; establish release management and documentation standards.
