Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking an ERP Logistics IT Sr Manager to lead IT operations for the supply chain and logistics systems, focusing on EDI, WMS, and TMS. You will drive data-driven improvements and manage a small IT team.

The role requires coordinating with business and global IT teams to balance stability, scalability, and cost while ensuring compliance with IT controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT operations, apps management, systems integration, or supply chain tech.
• Experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, ERP, or order management.
• Proven data-driven methods to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Experience leading technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations for supply chain/logistics apps and integrations including EDI, WMS, TMS.
• Use data, KPIs, dashboards, and automation to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to reduce incidents.
• Define and maintain the IT strategic roadmap for supply chain/logistics.
• Ensure IT controls, change management, security, and audit readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 IT professionals.
