Job summary

Midea America Corp. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior IT Supply Chain/Logistics Operation Manager to lead IT operations for supply chain and logistics applications, with emphasis on EDI, WMS, and TMS, inventory planning, and system integrations.

You will drive data-driven improvements using KPIs and dashboards, mentor a 2–4 person IT team, and partner with business and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements while ensuring IT controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT operations, application management, systems integration, or supply chain/logistics technology.
• Experience with EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, ERP, order management, or related enterprise systems.
• Data-driven methods to improve reliability, reduce incidents, and increase process efficiency.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations for supply chain/logistics applications and integrations, including EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, and related systems.
• Use data, KPIs, dashboards, and automation to improve service quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce maintenance tickets and production issues.
• Strong attention to details.
• Partner with business, vendor, and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–4 IT professionals.
• Define and maintain the supply chain/logistics IT strategic roadmap, balancing stability, scalability, cost, and business value.
• Ensure adherence to IT controls, change management, security, documentation, and audit requirements.
