Job summary

Midea America Corp. in Parsippany, NJ, seeks a Sr. IT Manager-ERP to lead its ERP operations across Order Management, Procurement, supply chain and logistics systems. You will drive the roadmap, oversee 4+ IT professionals, and partner with business units and vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include using data and KPIs to improve service quality, leading root-cause analyses, and ensuring IT controls and audit readiness while balancing cost and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience leading ERP domain: EDI, WMS, TMS, supply chain, logistics, order management, and related enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application maintenance/support, systems integration
• Proven ability to use data-driven methods to improve reliability, reduce incidents, and increase process efficiency.
• Strong experience in root cause analysis, incident/problem management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional delivery partners.

• Manage daily IT operations for Midea’s ERP domain: Order Management, Procurement, supply chain, logistics applications and integrations, with focus on EDI, WMS, TMS, inventory planning, and related systems.
• Use data, KPIs, dashboards, and automation to improve service quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce maintenance tickets and production issues.
• Partner with business, vendor, and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4+ IT professionals.
• Define and maintain the ERP IT strategic roadmap, balancing stability, scalability, cost, and business value.
• Ensure adherence to IT controls, change management, security, documentation, and audit requirements.

Role Summary

The Sr. IT Manager-ERP leads IT operations, continuous improvement, and roadmap execution for Midea’s ERP domains: Order management, Procurement, supply chain and logistics systems, with emphasis on WMS, TMS, inventory planning, EDI integrations, data-driven performance improvement, and reliable business support.

• Partner with business, vendor, and global IT teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational challenges. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4+ IT professionals.

• Ensure adherence to IT controls, change management, security, documentation, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, EDI standards, message queues, file-based integrations, and monitoring tools.
• ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or related certifications preferred.
