Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst for its Fort Worth, TX facility. You will collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements, configure the Syteline/CSI10 ERP, and lead system assessments, gap analyses, and training.

You’ll analyze business processes, develop specs, and support implementation and testing to improve operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of IT/ERP experience, including Infor CloudSuite/SyteLine and related finance

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT/CS-related field and 3 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Infor Cloudsuite/SyteLine versions 8/9/10 and CSI/Syteline finance modules including GL attributes and Cost Allocations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and configure the Syteline/CSI10 ERP system accordingly.
• Conduct system assessments, gap analyses, and drive process improvements; provide end-user training and support.
• Analyze business processes, prepare functional specs, and ensure successful system implementation and testing.
