Qualifications

• 10–15 years overall IT experience, with 5–7+ years in corporate systems/ERP architecture.
• Strong integration and controls background.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive system blueprints for corporate platforms.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and evaluate technologies.
• Partner with business owners to capture needs and translate them into architecture decisions.
• Assess and document technical debt; define prioritization frameworks.
• Define and enforce NFR expectations and compliance monitoring.
• Define end-to-end ERP architecture and guide rollout planning.
• Ensure architecture accounts for ERP critical layers.
• Identify dependencies and manage integration impacts.
• Produce architecture artifacts and support governance reviews.

Skills

Experience architecting HR, Finance, and ERP platforms

Understanding of end-to-end process flows

Experience defining integration strategies

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns

Awareness of controls, audit, and compliance requirements

Ability to define security and segregation-of-duties

Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps

Strong focus on NFRs
