Qualifications

10+ years in technology domains such as software, cloud, or data analytics.
3+ years of solution design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
8+ years IT development, implementation, or consulting in software or internet industries.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve architecture roadmaps for HR, Finance, and employee platforms.
Develop target-state architectures aligned with enterprise strategies, security, and operations.
Identify opportunities for platform modernization, cloud adoption, technical debt reduction, and app rationalization.
Provide architecture guidance across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation with governance and security considerations.
