Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking an ERP and Finance transformation consultant to guide clients through readiness assessments and roadmaps, shaping the vision within broader transformation programs.

This role emphasizes advisory leadership, client relationship building, and collaboration across practices. Experience with Workday or Oracle Finance is preferred; travel may be required to support engagements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management or technology consulting with Finance process analysis and ERP transformation experience.
• Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, challenges, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to perform client project duties independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP readiness and advisory activities within broader transformation efforts.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops, interviews, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate across ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics practices for strategic coherence.
• Contribute to practice growth through methodology development and thought leadership.
