The role involves on-site presence for the first 6 months with the possibility of remote work after the introductory period is complete

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform Infor technical administration functions to configure and optimize applications.
• Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver solutions based on best practices.
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions through hands-on development and configuration activities using Infor tools.
• Configure and modify Infor application security and setup.
• Seek opportunities to learn and use non-Infor tools for integration with external systems, when appropriate.
• Manage the application development lifecycle, including project scope and implementation plans.
• Mentor team members and build support documentation, instructional sessions, and knowledge resources.
• Lead technical design sessions, ensuring architectural standards are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP configuration, administration, and development.
• 2+ years of experience with Infor applications.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience leading small to medium technical projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical information clearly.
• Understanding of Infor application infrastructure and data flow.

This position may offer remote work temporarily due to COVID-19, with on-site work required in the future.
