Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our core development team. You will play a lead role in the architecture and development of our custom ERP system, with a focus on Odoo-based modular design, integration, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has deep backend experience, strong business logic acumen, and thrives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of backend modules for ERP systems using Python and Odoo.
  
• Design and optimize workflows for inventory, CRM, POS, finance, and reporting modules.
  
• Integrate internal and external services via APIs (e.g., marketplaces, payment gateways).
  
• Write well-documented, testable, and scalable code using Agile best practices.
  
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  
• Contribute to architectural discussions and propose solutions for scalability and maintainability.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of Python backend development experience.
