Job summary

Zygo is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst in Middlefield, CT who will own our ERP landscape and partner with finance, operations, and manufacturing. You will guide modernization, consolidate systems, and prepare the organization for a future SAP S/4HANA migration.

This customer-facing role requires deep Navision (C/AL) expertise, experience with Business Central (AL) and SAP, and a track record of leading upgrades and integrations while driving standardization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP experience with strong functional and technical understanding.
• Experience with Navision (C/AL) required; Business Central (AL) and SAP exposure preferred.
• Proven success in a customer-facing role partnering with business stakeholders.
• Experience leading ERP enhancements, upgrades, or consolidation efforts.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, operations).
• Ability to balance support, development, and project delivery.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business: advise on ERP initiatives; build cross-functional relationships across finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Own & Support the ERP Platform: manage Navision to Business Central; provide hands-on support; enable integrations.
• Drive Projects & Enhancements: lead upgrades, break/fix, prioritise ERP queue, communicate priorities.
• Lead ERP Transformation: consolidate multiple ERPs into a single Business Unit platform; support data mapping and change management.
• Improve & Innovate: identify opportunities for automation and AI to drive improvements.
