Job summary

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team. The role supports ERP platforms such as Workday, Netsuite, and Lawson/Infor, building cross‑departmental relationships and delivering solutions while managing related projects.

The ideal candidate will review and implement solutions, write detailed requirements, and architect workflow improvements that align with our scientific research orientation and IT policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Netsuite or Lawson/Infor).
• Experience designing/workflow automation solutions and BI reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• At least seven years of related technical experience.
• Experience in academic research center environment preferred.
