Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP for a fully remote, US-based role. You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, guiding configuration, testing, and implementation.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, improve workflows, and ensure reliable application performance. Mentoring fellow analysts and driving ERP capabilities are core aspects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of ERP or functional business applications experience.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience: design, config, test, implement, and support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP application initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, Payroll).
• Advise partners and ERP team on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Coordinate with departments and IT to align ERP solutions with objectives and requirements.
• Improve processes to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and data analysis to inform solutions.
• Support system development, testing, and troubleshooting for reliable releases.
• Manage project execution with defined scope and standards; report progress and risks.
• Investigate problems with ERP systems and coordinate with tech teams for resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to junior ERP analysts to strengthen team knowledge.
• Develop proficiency across assigned applications and related technical areas.
