Job summary

Bread Financial Group is seeking a Lead - ERM Specialist to support second-line oversight of BSA/AML, OFAC and Fraud compliance programs. You will partner across lines to provide effective challenge, perform monitoring and testing, support risk assessments, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

You will maintain a strong control environment through analysis, reporting, and oversight activities, and participate in projects to strengthen frameworks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer credit, banking compliance and/or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk, Compliance or Legal.
• CAMS (ACAMS)
• CFE (ACFE)
• CRCM (ABA)
• 10+ years of experience in consumer credit, banking compliance and/or a related field.
• MS Office experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee BSA/AML, OFAC and Fraud risk programs including CDD/EDD, CIP and sanctions.
• Perform testing, monitoring, and thematic reviews of first line processes and controls.
• Assist in enterprise risk assessments across financial crimes domains.
• Support preparation of reporting for governance committees and senior leadership.
• Participate in projects to strengthen compliance frameworks and processes.
