Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced risk management leader to develop and implement the enterprise risk management framework. You will drive ERM strategies, internal controls, and business continuity with a focus on Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance, reporting to senior management and collaborating across the Bank and System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of progressive risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement ERM strategies and operations.
• Drive business continuity planning and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain ERM policies, standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor risk.
• Prepare risk reporting materials for senior management.
