Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERISA, employee benefits, and/or executive compensation experience.
• Experience with defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, ESOPs, and employee welfare benefit plans.
• Familiarity with executive compensation arrangements and benefits in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of ERISA, tax laws, and related regulations.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and advise on retirement and employee benefit plans, including defined contribution and defined benefit arrangements.
• Work on ESOPs, employee welfare plans, and executive compensation programs.
• Provide employee benefits guidance and transactional support in mergers and acquisitions.
• Research and advise on complex ERISA, tax, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated client matters across industries.
