Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is conducting a targeted search for Employee Benefits and ERISA Associate Attorneys open to exploring top-tier opportunities. This opportunity emphasizes sophisticated ERISA matters and retirement plan work for Am Law-level clients.

You will advise on ERISA compliance, qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and health and welfare benefits, with exposure to complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in Illinois or eligibility to practice law in Illinois.
• Experience advising on ERISA, employee benefits, and related regulatory matters.
• Strong writing, research, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on ERISA and employee benefits compliance, qualified retirement plans, and executive compensation.
• Assist with benefits-related M&A and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop compliant solutions.
