Job summary

Employee Fiduciary, LLC is seeking a Senior ERISA Compliance Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of compliance testing, government reporting, and plan-document work for a mixed client caseload. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Compliance and is based out of Mobile, AL.

You will independently handle annual nondiscrimination testing, 5500 filings, and amendments, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, human resources, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of direct experience in retirement plan compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, or plan document administration within a TPA, recordkeeper, benefits consulting firm, or law firm
• Experience with at least one major retirement plan administration software platform (e.g., Relius, Ft William, ASC, Datair)
• ASPPA RPF designation achieved or in progress; QKA or other ASPPA/NIPA credentials preferred
• Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, is required

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full lifecycle of compliance testing, government reporting, and plan document work for a mixed caseload of plans.
• Train and mentor Compliance Analysts on testing methodologies, filing procedures, and firm workflows; conduct initial quality reviews.
• Identify emerging compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile census data and payroll records; resolve data discrepancies.
• Develop and refine internal procedures, checklists, and training materials to improve efficiency.
• Maintain proficiency with Ft William and Relius applications.
• Meet production standards with emphasis on quality, mentorship, and client communication.
