Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Ergonomist/Senior Program Manager to drive high-visibility MSD risk reduction programs and lead global ergonomics partnerships. You will own job rotations and partnerships across multiple business units, applying ergonomic tools and data-driven insights to optimize performance.

The role requires strong program management experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own job rotations and partnerships across global BUs.
• Lead MSD risk reduction projects and programs.
• Drive scalable, innovative ergonomic solutions and process improvements.
• Communicate with senior leadership to drive buy-in and adoption.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
