Job summary

NC State University seeks a Sr. Enterprise Research Administration Business Analyst to advance the university's ERA platform. You will collaborate with campus stakeholders and IT partners to design, implement, and enhance enterprise research administration processes that support the full research lifecycle.

You will gather requirements, configure ERA modules, manage SDLC activities, and provide testing, training, and ongoing operational support to ensure reliable system functionality.

Qualifications

Strong communication across stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience configuring and supporting enterprise software applications.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and design specifications for the ERA System.
Configure ERA modules (COI/Commitment, Animal Care & Use, Human Subjects, etc.).
Lead SDLC activities from requirements to post-migration support.
Provide testing, documentation, and troubleshooting support.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders and IT partners to ensure successful implementations.
