Enterprise Application Services (EAS), a unit in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, enhancement, maintenance and operational support of the University’s enterprise business applications. This includes: development, operation & maintenance of all enterprise administrative systems (Advancement, Business Intelligence, Financials, HR, Identity Management, Imaging, Non-Credit Education, Portal, Research Administration and Student Information Systems, etc.), configuration management, database administration, maintenance, enhancements, and application integration.

Help advance NC State’s research enterprise by supporting the systems that enable research administration across the University. As the Senior Business Analyst for the Enterprise Research Administration (ERA) System, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of the University’s enterprise research administration platform. Working closely with campus stakeholders and IT partners, you will develop and maintain solutions that support the full research lifecycle while ensuring reliable, efficient, and user-focused system functionality across multiple ERA modules.
