• Establishes priorities of patient care considering resources and staff.
• Acts quickly in emergencies following protocols and documents events accurately.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS/PALS certification and participates in mandatory trainings.
• Collaborates with the care team and supports patient rights and informed decisions.
