Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care and conducts comprehensive assessments.
• Collaborates with physicians and interprofessional team to plan and coordinate care.
• Educates patients and families, documents care plans and maintains medical records.
• Demonstrates leadership responsibilities, may serve as charge nurse or preceptor.
• Participates in unit governance initiatives and ongoing quality improvement.
