Job summary

Viant Inc. is seeking a Sr. Stock Plan Administration Manager to lead the administration of equity programs including RSUs and stock options. You will ensure accurate, compliant processes and partner with HR, Legal, Finance and Payroll to maintain data integrity.

You will drive ongoing process improvements, assist with SEC disclosures, and support audit readiness while managing SOX controls and reporting needs. This role is based in Irvine, CA, with a focus on accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in stock plan administration or equity compensation
• CEP certification required; Level 3 preferred
• Experience with equity data governance and SOX controls
• Experience supporting SEC disclosures is a plus
• Proven ability to work with HR, Legal, Finance and Payroll across systems

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of equity compensation programs (grants, vesting, exercises, terminations)
• Maintain integrity of equity data across systems with regular reconciliations
• Partner with HR on grant processes and governance
• Prepare reports for financial accounting and SEC disclosures
• Assist with Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 tracking
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close with equity analyses
• Develop and document SOPs and scalable processes
• Manage relationships with transfer agents and equity system vendors
• Educate employees on equity awards and respond to inquiries
