Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of RSU awards, maintain cap table accuracy, and support equity-related financial reporting.

The role requires hands-on equity operations experience, comfort with process ownership, and the use of AI tools to improve accuracy and speed. This positions supports a hybrid schedule with Addison, TX as a key office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of stock plan administration experience with RSUs.
• Experience at a publicly traded company is strongly preferred for reporting accuracy and audits.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation regulations and tax implications.
• Working knowledge of equity platforms (Shareworks, Equity Edge Online, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RSU mechanics: cliff/ tranche vesting and vest dates.
• Experience using AI tools to improve accuracy and speed in operations.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills; ability to build tracking tools.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day global equity operations including grant setup, RSU vesting and releases, terminations, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate grant and vesting data in the stock plan platform and reconcile against internal systems.
• Oversee cap table management and ensure data accuracy across platforms and HRIS.
• Assist with tax withholding and reporting for equity events with Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with equity regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Support financial reporting and disclosures for audits and filings.
