Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Consultant in Equity Administration & Financial Reconciliation to ensure accurate reconciliation of equity data and financial reporting during migration to the NextGen platform. You will own ASC 718 expense reconciliation, tax disclosures, and diluted EPS calculations, while also handling admin data reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial accounting with focus on equity compensation reconciliation.
• Experience with ASC 718 expense reporting, ASC 260 diluted EPS, corporate tax, and disclosures.
• Experience with equity management systems and data migration/mapping/validation across systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile equity compensation financial reporting results between legacy and NextGen platforms.
• Develop and deliver reconciliation reports with summaries and details.
• Analyze differences to determine root causes and propose resolutions.
• Provide reconciliation documentation for auditability and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
