Job summary

insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Consultant for Equity Administration & Financial Reconciliation to lead reconciliation of equity data and ASC 718/ASC 260 reporting during migration to the NextGen platform.

You will own complex reconciliations, develop reports, and partner with customer stakeholders across finance and product teams. This hands-on role emphasizes initiative, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in financial accounting with equity compensation focus.
• Experience with ASC 718, ASC 260, tax/disclosures.
• Experience with equity management systems and data migration/mapping.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile equity compensation financial results across legacy and NextGen platforms.
• Produce reconciliation reports and document differences for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data migration and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and manage senior workstreams.
