Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks an Equipment Training Engineer to lead hands-on technical training for semiconductor equipment across RF, vacuum, wet-clean, and related domains. You will design curricula, mentor new hires, and work with vendors to develop advanced modules at the Phoenix site.

You will maintain training equipment, deliver simulator-based diagnostics, and ensure adherence to cleanroom SOPs while aligning local programs with global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, process engineering, or technical training.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead intensive, hands-on technical training across nine core domains including RF, Vacuum, Wet Clean, and more.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of training center tools and simulators.
• Design and optimize training courses and simulator-based fault scenarios.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to develop modules and seminars.
• Coordinate with HQ to align local training with global standards.
