Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking an Equipment Training Engineer to lead hands-on technical training in a state-of-the-art fab environment. The role spans multiple core domains including RF systems, vacuum tech, wet cleaning, robotics, and more, with responsibilities in maintenance and vendor coordination.

The candidate will mentor engineers, ensure safety with cleanroom SOPs, and align training with HQ standards to produce factory-ready graduates for our Arizona facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced training roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training across nine core domains: RF, Vacuum, Wet Clean, Chiller, Transfer System, t-Loadport, Gas, Heater, Hand Tools.
• Maintain and calibrate the training systems to ensure safety and readiness.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors to integrate cutting-edge technologies into the classroom and align curriculum with HQ standards.
• Act as a hands-on instructor, mentor, and equipment owner for trainees.
