Job summary

TSMC Arizona invites applications for an Equipment Training Engineer to mentor, train, and certify engineers for cleanroom operations. You will run simulator-based labs, calibrate the center’s tools, and integrate new technologies with HQ standards.

The role emphasizes instructional excellence, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with vendors to deliver cutting-edge training in a high‑volume semiconductor environment at our Phoenix facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field; master's preferred.
• Vendor certifications or hands-on experience with major semiconductor equipment.
• Proven instructional and troubleshooting capabilities in a high‑volume fab.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and training module development skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training across core domains and ensure cleanroom SOPs.
• Perform daily maintenance, calibration, and safety checks of training tools.
• Update training materials and provide trainee guidance and evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors for service, parts and seminars.
