Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all Herc fleet at the branch.
• Operate and test equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs independently.
• Diagnose engines, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Enter and review work orders, order parts, and document repairs.
• Assist in training junior mechanics and follow shop lead direction.
